These services include surveys and dilapidation inspections to determine the life expectancy and durability issues through to building failure & intrusive surveys where problems already exist.
Initial services can later be supplemented with design, specification and remedial scheme technical services, to ensure the construction is completed to an appropriate standard by the relevant subcontractors.
